  I01. Long-term care support plan: deinstitutionalisation, facilities and technology. New public facilities will be financed in residential centres that have suitable characteristics for the change in the long-term care model that is to be promoted. Innovative day centres integrated into the community will be financed, allowing for support and care close to home, also promoting their development in rural areas. Home-based equipment will be introduced to promote personal autonomy.
