The interested party is also entitled to make a claim to the corresponding oversight authority (Data Protection Agency of the Basque Country).

These purposes shall be considered compatible with the purpose indicated above and legal according to article 5.1.b) of the GDPR, whereas 50 and whereas 162 of the GDPR and article 9 of Law 27/1983 of 25 November, on Relations between Common Institutions of the Autonomous Community and the Provincial Bodies of its Historical Territories, where in any event the guarantees in article 89 of the GDPR are applicable.
