The interested party may exercise before the Data Controller their rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, limitation on processing and not to subject to automatic individual decision by writing to the Legal Advice, Security of Information and Data Protection Department at the Central Register of the Provincial Council of Biscay (Registry and Citizen Advice Office, edificio de cristal de la Biblioteca Foral; c/Diputación, 7- 48008 Bilbao); at the District Citizen Advice Offices of the Provincial Council of Biscay; at the Departmental General registers or in any of the forms established in Article 16.4 of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Authorities Act 39/2015 of 1 October.

The interested party is also entitled to make a claim to the corresponding oversight authority (Data Protection Agency of the Basque Country).

The contact details provided shall be processed by BPC and by the data processor company, in order to carry out studies on satisfaction and the improvement of the service for the public for statistical purposes. These purposes shall be considered compatible with the purpose indicated above and legal according to article 5.1.b) of the GDPR, whereas 50 and whereas 162 of the GDPR and article 9 of Law 27/1983 of 25 November, on Relations between Common Institutions of the Autonomous Community and the Provincial Bodies of its Historical Territories, where in any event the guarantees in article 89 of the GDPR are applicable.
