Definition

A family intervention programme for providing psychological care in cases of domestic violence, sexual assault and psychological problems stemming from a marriage or relationship break-up process.

Beneficiaries

  • Women and men following a marriage or relationship break-up, suffering from adjusting stress disorders not derived from the process negotiations or from previous psychopathological anomalies.
  • Women victims of physical and/or psychic violence, and/or sexual assault.
  • Men victims of physical and/or psychic violence, and/or sexual assault.
  • Persons who inflict domestic violence (men and women).
  • Minors victims of physical and/or psychic violence, and/or sexual assault, outside and inside the family, who are not under the protection of this Department, provided that both parents or at least one of them are fit for exercising the duties of parental authority.

  1. Diagnosis and Assessment.
  2. Personalised psychological care: individual psychological support and psychotherapy treatments.
  3. Follow-up of treated cases.
  4. Assessment of treated cases.
