The data processor is the Directorate-General for Administration and Social Promotion or the Directorate-General for the Promotion of Personal Autonomy, depending on who organizes the activity. Both directorates are part of the Department for Social Action (Ugaskobidea 3 bis, 48014 Bilbao).
The data protection officer is the Legal Advisory, Information Security and Data Protection Section (Gran Vía 2, 48001 Bilbao).
The data collected are necessary for the registration and management of the activity selected, and will also be used to send you information on other activities, if you so authorise.
The assignment and transfer of personal data to third countries or international organizations are not permitted.
By submitting the registration form, you consent to the processing of your data and certify that the data are true.
To access your data and exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, restriction and opposition, please write, attaching a copy of your ID document, to the Legal Advisory, Information Security and Data Protection Section at any office handling registers for the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, or to the places envisaged in Article 16.4 of Act 39/2015 of 1 October on the common administrative procedures of public administrations.
As the data subject, you have the right to file claims before the relevant supervisory body (Basque Data Protection Agency).
You also have the right to withdraw your consent, which will not affect the lawfulness of any prior processing.
The exercising of these rights may be restricted when they are incompatible with the exercising of public powers or with compliance with the requirements of law under applicable legislation.
